Creators, public figures and publications, represented across management, press and media relations at once. Reading this landscape correctly is our work — so it never has to be yours.

Press & media relations
Negotiation · Positioning · Reputation
We represent clients across culture and media — creators, public figures, and the publications and titles that cover them. Two disciplines run in parallel. Talent management carries the commercial side: the deal, the negotiation, the contract, the usage, the invoice. Public relations carries how a client is seen: the press, the positioning, the moments that go to plan and the ones that do not.
We are deliberate about who we take on and direct about what their work is worth. Both disciplines are available as one engagement or on their own, so a client can take everything, or only the part they need. Where a title is on the roster, we represent the masthead and its people alike.
Not a marketplace, not a database, and not synthetic talent. Every client is a real person with a real audience, worked with directly and advocated for by name.
Rates stay low because nobody pushes back. We push back, we treat usage as a separate term rather than a free extra, and we don't move first.
Partnerships and press pull on the same audience. Run separately they compete; run together they compound. That is why both sit under one roof here.
Talent management and public relations, for creators, public figures and publications alike. Taken together as a full engagement, or either one on its own.
Day-to-day management and a single point of contact for every brand. Inbound enquiries are triaged, qualified and answered by us, with a named person and a defined escalation route on both sides.
Outbound placement and deal negotiation. We source the work, set the terms and hold the line on them — with direct brand and agency contacts rather than anonymous marketplaces.
Usage is a separate commercial term, not a free extra. We time-box it, and we read every clause before anything is signed.
Sponsorship income is volatile. We build the layer underneath it so a client's earnings are not tied to whatever landed in the inbox this month.
Every campaign closes with a report, and every report informs what comes next. Positioning should be evidence-led, not a guess.
Getting a client in front of the people who write, broadcast and programme. We build the relationships first and pitch second, because the second only works if the first exists.
Before anyone can write about a client, there has to be something to write. We build the story, then keep every channel telling the same one.
Product drops, partnership reveals, new ventures and milestones — planned as a sequence rather than a single post, so the press and the paid work land in the right order.
The interview is easy when the difficult questions have already been asked somewhere safe.
Not every moment is a launch. Some arrive without warning, at the wrong hour, already moving. Those are handled the same way as everything else here — quickly, quietly, and by someone who has done it before.
Both disciplines, ongoing. The commercial plan and the press plan built as one.
Talent management or public relations on its own, for clients who already have the other side covered.
A launch, a campaign, a single moment. Defined scope, defined end, no ongoing commitment.
Across tech, wellness and health, beauty, fitness, home and lifestyle, food and drink — and the media that writes about them.
Client names, work and terms are shared privately, on a live brief.
Deliverables are specified in writing before production: formats and aspect ratios, hook variants, raw footage, go-live date, and the number of revision rounds included.
A defined term with a clear exit, and a capped tail on the work we secured during it. Nothing you need a lawyer to decode.
Clients can take both disciplines or one. Terms are agreed in writing before anything begins, and discussed directly rather than published.
A talent and PR agency represents clients on two fronts at once. The talent side sources and negotiates commercial deals, handles contracts, usage rights and invoicing, and builds long-term strategy. The public relations side manages how that client is seen — press and media relations, positioning, launches, media preparation and reputation. Clients can be individuals or organisations.
Both. Clients can take a full engagement across talent management and public relations, a single discipline on its own, or a defined project such as a launch or a campaign.
Yes. Goldman & Co. represents magazines, titles and other publications alongside individual clients — handling both the title's own press and profile and the commercial deals made in its name. Where a title is on the roster, its editors, writers and contributors can be represented individually as well.
Yes. Public relations and project work are available to clients we do not represent commercially, and brands can brief the agency directly without an ongoing relationship.
Every client we represent is real and known to us directly, with an audience we have reviewed for authenticity. We do not represent AI-generated or synthetic talent, and we do not place anyone we have not met.
They are run as one plan rather than two. A partnership announcement, a product launch and an editorial feature are sequenced together so they reinforce each other instead of competing for the same attention in the same week.
Usage is negotiated and time-boxed separately from the work itself. Organic reshare, paid usage windows of 30, 60 or 90 days, and paid amplification through Meta Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads are each treated as distinct rights with a defined territory, channel and end date. We do not grant perpetual all-media rights as standard.
Both the brand and the creator carry responsibility under the FTC Endorsement Guides, and an agency can also be liable for endorsements it helps create or distribute. We build clear and conspicuous disclosure into every brief and check it before content goes live.
